Matt advises SME’s and owner managed businesses on company/business sales and purchases, MBO’s, investment, refinancing and general aspects of corporate law. He has over 25 years’ experience and has headed corporate teams at some of the largest local law firms. He believes in a pragmatic and commercial approach when it comes to getting deals done.

 

Outside of work Matt runs marathons, plays golf (badly) and enjoys (most of the time) watching Northampton Saints.
