We are looking for a solicitor with strong corporate law experience, excellent technical knowledge, a sharp eye for detail and the confidence to manage matters carefully from instruction through to completion.

 

You will be commercially aware, composed under pressure and able to balance legal risk with practical business objectives. Just as importantly, you will communicate clearly and build strong working relationships with clients, colleagues and other professionals.

 

The role involves advising on a varied corporate and commercial caseload for a diverse client base, including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, larger organisations and senior individuals. You should be comfortable taking ownership of files, managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality work to deadline.

 

We are ideally seeking a lawyer with 3 to 5 years’ PQE who is ready to play a visible role within the team and contribute to the continued growth of the firm.
